and built
flying model kits powered by rubber band and Jetex motors. I met the owner of the company in 1991. E.T. Packard was along in years at that time, but sharp as a tack. He was only selling plans at that time, but still had some of the old kits in stock. He is gone now and there is a new owner. The kits are what I call "Stick & Tissue" and are not exactly scale judging from the kits I possess. |
